The WA State Government has announced the cut-off for the $5,000 boost to the First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) has been brought forward from 31st December 2017 to 30th June 2017, reverting the FHOG back to $10k.
If you’re a first home buyer, or you know someone who is, this means NOW is the time to begin your building journey for your contracts to be completed in time for you to be eligible for the full $15,000 FHOG.
