Display Homes in Perth and the South West
Summit has a beautiful range of new display homes located across Perth and the South West.
Our Perth display homes are located from Jindalee in the north, Aveley in the east and as far south as Meadow Springs, so that they’re easily accessible for everyone.
In the South West, we have display homes in Australind, Bunbury, Dalyellup and Geographe.

How Summit is dealing with COVID-19
We’ve all had to switch up the way we live, work and play under today's current circumstances, and that includes the way we go about finding the perfect new home.
With safe social distancing measures in place, we are pleased to announce that our display homes are open again on Wednesdays from 2pm – 5pm and Saturday & Sundays from 12pm – 5pm.
For those who would still like to view one of our homes by a private appointment, this option is still available.
We will also continue to offer online appointments through platforms such as Skype, Zoom, FaceTime and WhatsApp and have 3D virtual tours of our display homes available to view here.
