Some development sites are lucky enough to tick all the boxes, so practicality and simplicity were fundamental in achieving these single storey duplex family homes in Belmont.

An additional dwelling was permissible under the zoning, but after discussions with one of Summit experienced development consultants, the client prioritised space and amenity over yield.

Both resulting dwellings consist of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, both with separate theatres and open plan living areas. Double garage access to both dwellings is achieved via common property.

Infill strata developments don’t have to be complicated and convoluted and the resulting family homes to this infill development site are a great example of this.
