    SECURE YOUR BLOCK OF LAND

    Before you can even look into subdivision, settlement needs to take place and for the site to be in your or your project name.

    FEASIBILITY & SUBDIVISION STUDY

    At Summit, we facilitate and coordinate the separate titles process on behalf of the client and their surveyor and as part of the feasibility study. As part of this, we advise which title is suitable for your development (green, survey etc) and from there, a subdivision plan is formulated.

    CREATE DEVELOPMENT PLAN

    We start by listening to our clients to make sure we thoroughly understand them, their needs and their reasons for developing. It is that understanding that enables us to provide the best value, end to end solutions that meet their objectives.

    LODGE SUBDIVISION WITH WAPC

    From here, Summit facilitates and coordinates the lodgement of your subdivision with your surveyor (if you don't have one, we have a reputable company that we can recommend) who submits your development plan to WAPC.

    CONNECTIONS TO YOUR SITE

    The next step is organising your connections such as water, power & NBN. At Summit, this is part of our service when developing. It's one of the many benefits of going through a builder because if you organise it independently, it not only can cost you thousands but it can also slow down the process.
