Drawing on Summit Development’s extensive experience in the construction of grouped housing on tight infill sites, this developer approached Summit to price and build their four grouped dwelling project, previously externally designed and development approved by a local Perth Architect.

The development consists of two double storey units, with a double storey dwelling to the street front and the second to the rear of the unit complex, maximising streetscape appeal, with the single storey dwellings occupying the central locations.

All four units consist of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with double garages, with the double stories achieving additional floor area, consisting of secondary living spaces and additional studies with the suitability of these being utilised as a fourth bedroom in the homes.

The combination of single storey and two storey product mix, allows this development proposal to achieve a maximum grouped dwelling yield in accordance with its zoning, whilst counterbalancing unnecessary additional construction costs for the developer.

The end result includes enhancing the streetscape and achieving diversity in unit living options, being size, configuration and amenity, resulting in choice for the future owners requirements, lifestyle and budget.
