The client of this home approached Summit with their own preconceived design ideas for a two storey narrow lot family home, for their recently purchased 10m wide survey strata lot.

Summit were more than happy to work with them to help formulate and develop their ideas and design prerequisites into a warm and inviting two storey family home.

The 1200 wide front door opens into a  generous light filled entry with a floating staircase. A separate study, with the client prerequisite of the master bedroom and associated double basined ensuite and generous walk in robe, make up the remainder of the ground floor, with the main open plan living kitchen with separate scullery and alfresco to the rear of the property.

Walking up that floating staircase delivers you to the upper floor with an additional separate living area, as well as the three secondary double-sized bedrooms, with one as generously proportioned to be a secondary master bedroom with semi ensuite access, specifically designed for relatives to stay.
