Both homes required custom individual floor plans to maximise their potential on this subdividable, irregular, cul-de-sac development site.

Previously, the rear house design achieved three bedrooms, two bathrooms with one large central living area. The second stage included a replacement front design with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan central living area, opening onto a large alfresco, plus a separate home theatre.

Elevated roof lines, with projecting brickwork, contrasting materials of render and horizontal boards, ensure the front elevation of this replacement front home addresses the street with modern aesthetic appeal, rejuvenating a tired streetscape.
