Summit was presented with the task of designing three units for a corner site in Wilson all with street frontages. Therefore we had to ensure that the elevations for all three units where both appealing and unique.

The final result was three beautifully finished units complete with three well sized bedrooms, the master with a walk-in robe and built-in robes to the minor bedrooms, double garage with internal access, two bathrooms, spacious kitchen that overlooks the open plan living / dining area as well as extra storage space.

All units were rented out immediately following completion.
