TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility:
1. The Fast Track Guarantee:
a. applies only to eligible owners who have signed a PPA after 1 August 2022 and the Fast Track Guarantee promotion may be discontinued at any time by the Builder;
b. must be expressly noted on the PPA as a special condition to apply;
c. must be expressly noted on the Addenda to the HIA Building Contract as a special condition to apply;
d. will only apply if these Terms and Conditions are executed by the Owner and the Builder;
e. is only applicable for owners who have selected a single storeydesign from Summit Homes Standard Range Plans;
f. is subject to the Owner obtaining unconditional finance approval and land settlement in the Owner’s name within the Pre-Construction Program timeframe;
g. requires titles to have been issued by Landgate and practical completion of land met and accessible to be surveyed at time of PPA;
h. is not applicable to contracts which require R-Codes Variation, MRA approval, planning approval, demolition of structures or any subdivision prior to construction;
i. is not applicable to contracts for owners who are supplying items or trades;
j. is not applicable to contracts for owners who have requested major structural changes or over five (5) minor structural changes to a Summit Homes Standard Range Plan; and
k. is only applicable to contracts for homes to be built within the Builder’s Zone 1 Perth metropolitan and South West Western Australian region as determined by the Builder.
Guarantee:
2. In the event that the Builder is unable to fulfil the Fast Track Guarantee it will pay to the Owner the Compensation subject to these Terms and Conditions.
