Initial Enquiry
Arrange an appointment with one of our award-winning specialised Designers.
In-Home Design Consultation
We’ll come to you, walk around your home and discuss your ideas, wish list and budget.
Site Measure
Your Designer will photograph and take accurate measurements of your existing home, site features and boundaries, then complete a detailed site checklist.
Design Meeting at our Style Studio
This is the exciting bit. Your Designer will sit down and go over the proposed design plans with you. It’s a collaborative process, so you’ll get to provide feedback and make changes.
Building Contract Documentation
This is when you’ll be receiving and signing your design contract plans, full addenda of works and you HIA Lump Sum Building Contract. You will also get to view your 3D walk-through of your proposed renovations to help you visualise what the final renovations will look like. We then proceed to construction drawings and apply for all necessary approvals.
Colour Selection Meeting
Meet with your Colour Consultant to finalise colours, fittings and fixtures at our Style Studio.
Pre-Commencement Meeting
Your Project Coordinator will meet you onsite to discuss the building process with you and finalise your paperwork. You’ll also meet the Construction Supervisor who’ll oversee the construction process of your renovation. You will have direct contact with your Project Coordinator and Construction Supervisor throughout your renovation.
Construction
With over 45 years of renovation experience, we only employ quality tradespeople, so you can trust your renovation will be finished to the highest standard. We back this up with our lifestyle structural guarantee (conditions apply).

Warranty & Maintenance
Our warranty and maintenance agreement means we’ll be there if anything needs our attention at the 6-month mark after your renovation has been completed.
