Prior to joining Summit Renovations, Deb founded and ran her own successful home improvement design and build company in Perth—a venture that earned her the WA Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award.

Nicole Debono

Irina began her career in the building industry as a draftsperson, transitioning into client liaison before specialising in renovations from 2007 onwards. She gained valuable experience in Home Improvements before joining Summit Home Improvement in 2012 as a Contract Administrator.

Advancing to the position of Project Coordinator in 2014, Irina has since excelled in designing renovations that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also budget-conscious, drawing on her solid background in construction.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and personalised approach, Irina ensures each project is tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of homeowners, enhancing their living spaces with thoughtful and innovative solutions.
