Our client came to us wanting a create an investment development that made the most of their 728m2 block in Westminster.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and double garages were the prerequisites for these investment properties and so a triplex development was designed with these features.

This was a common sized block size in the Westminster area, though this particular site had the added difficulty of the sewer main insides the rear of the property, which limited the amount of land area that could be used.

As we have completed many triplex developments to the Westminster/Balga area over the decades, Summit has an array of triplex designs of different configurations to suit this nominal 728m2 sized block, or as was with this case we can design something specific to suit the clients tastes and requirements.

The result was three fully turnkey investment units, ready for rental or resale.

The client so happy with the result that Summit was able to arrange with the client to utilise the front unit as a display for a period of time to demonstrate to the general public the potential of their unit development site.

After the display period, all three units were rented out very quickly.
