With a 20 year working relationship with this repeat developer client, Summit was once again proud to design and construct this modern eight apartment, two-storey complex.

Located directly opposite and overlooking expansive parkland and playing fields, this development site ticked all the boxes for achieving a maintenance free, lock-up and leave apartment product with zero compromise on the potential for outdoor activities that can sometimes be associated with this style of housing. 

The resultant complex consists of four, two bedroom apartments and four, one-bedroom apartments, all with their own private courtyards and alfresco’s or covered balconies, with covered parking located to the centre of the complex.
