Two separate investors and developers came together to develop two 911 m2, green title properties that were adjacent to each other, into six strata lot group dwellings.
Working with Summit to achieve a development approval for all six dwellings, the construction period was then staged individually over the two lots, when each faction was ready to proceed.
Direct street front access was a preference for both owners, with four dwellings directly addressing the street and only two rear dwellings utilising the shared common driveway.
By developing the sites in common, each triplex half was able to share a central access driveway, thereby affording each lot saved land which was able to be utilised by the dwellings themselves.
All dwellings achieved three bedrooms and two bathrooms with double garages, with L shaped kitchens, dining and living configurations opening onto alfresco areas and rear northern facing private courtyards.
The resulting unit development is an excellent example of likeminded investors coming together and working collaboratively with Summit Developments to achieve their property development goals.
