FACT: This site had the potential to be developed with apartments, however upon assessing the client’s needs and the commercial viability of the project, it was determined that three townhouses would provide the best outcome. Based on a R40 zoning, three lots are permitted as long as each lot has a minimum exclusive area of 180m2.

With changes to rezoning, there are many sites in Perth's outer suburbs which could be developed to house apartments.  However in most cases, this development outcome is not feasible for many of our typical 'Mums & Dad' investors.

This infill development perfectly responds to the requirements of today’s housing market, replacing the traditional single storey green titled house with three modern homes, with all the necessary amenities (and more) of its predecessor.
