To create a stunning granny flat for her mother, Janet and David of Mosman Park approached Summit to create the ultimate downsizers dream home.

“We were quite particular about the look we wanted to achieve and the Design Consultant had clever suggestions to get the effect we wanted” said Janet and David.

With this in mind, a beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom granny flat was custom designed to fit perfectly within their block, featuring open-plan living and dining, topped off with a stylish U-shaped kitchen.

Throughout the build, their client coordinator was on hand to provide updates during the stages of their construction.

“We were kept informed at all stages of the build. Everyone who worked on the building was considerate and kept the disruption to a minimum” said Janet and David.
