A local development company once again approached Summit to design and tender this townhouse project in Mount Pleasant.

Summit’s extensive experience in the design and construction of grouped townhouse developments, ensured we were not only successful in securing the tender, but also successful in the construction of these townhouses which was a tight infill development site. 

The development consists of six double storey units, four with reverse living (on the upper floor), opening onto entertainers balconies in lieu of ground floor courtyards. All six townhouses consist of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with double garages, with the front and rear units achieving secondary upper floor siting areas.

A mixture of skillion and pitched roofs, render and feature face brick walls enhance the street appeal of this modern townhouse development, which responds to the mandated rezoning of and desire for, increased density in and around inner city precincts.

The end result was a modern, boutique townhouse development finished with quality fixtures and fittings making it highly attractive for future buyers and tenants.
