Westlinton at Harrington Waters Estate was designed to maximise number of dwellings achievable, to enable greater profit for the developer when selling or renting the homes upon completion of the project.

The development backs onto public open space (parkland) plus a portion of natural bush land, so the two storey homes were positioned to the rear to take advantage of the park views.

The development was earmarked to showcase Summit’s innovative two storey construction method (Upper Storey Modules) in a unit development setting.
