Rather than dividing the lot into four smaller units, the decision was made to build three larger townhouses. Project Challenges

One of the main challenges of the project was the corner location on Francisco Street, which restricted driveway access. This was successfully resolved by designing the development with a single common driveway accessed from the side street, maintaining both functionality and street appeal.
