Please tell us about your home design and why you chose it.

The block was a strange shape, so we had to completely change the house design of the Lancelin. It was the home design we wanted and it all worked out in the end.

What was the most important thing that you wanted to achieve with your new home?

We wanted space and ease of access to all areas with plenty of light. We achieved this through our white colour schemes, large windows and a large wet room shower in the master ensuite.

How did you hear about Summit South West?

We did our homework and spoke to a lot of different builders, but liked the floorplans that Summit designed over others.

What were the highlights of your building process?

The @home portal worked really well to be up to date with the progress of our build. We have a few friends down this way so they kept us up to date with site visits and photos and our construction supervisor Matt Kirby was really helpful.

Did you feel that your client liaison and construction supervisor helped you through your journey?

Kathleen Murray our client liaison was awesome and Matt Kirby our construction supervisor was a great lad and very helpful.
