STEP 1.

5% Deposit Scheme

Also known as the First Home Guarantee, this helps you get into your home with a 5% deposit and no LMI.

Do you qualify?

10,000 eligible places for first home buyers in Regional areas of Australia. This includes all Permanent Residents and anyone who has previously owned homes but haven’t done so for the last 10 years.

5000 places per year for first home buyer single parents and the option of a 2% deposit if you qualify for the Family Guarantee.

50,000 places to first home buyers looking to purchase a new or existing home with income levels below $125,000 for single applicants and $200,000 for joint applicants.

STEP 2.

Deposit Assistance

We’re here to do this with you, so we’ve put together a program that takes away the stress and money-mess and allows you to focus on saving for that deposit

  • Debt Assist: We can cover your debts up to a certain amount to help you get in control and to qualify for a home loan
  • Deposit Assist: We can help build up your deposit so you can get into your own home. If you’re making regular rent payments, there’s a good chance you’re eligible

First Home Owner’s Grant

The First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) is a massive win for first home buyers who choose to build. The State Government gives you a one-off payment of $10,000 to help with their loan. The best part is, you don’t need to pay it back.
