48 years of building experience

Summit Tiny Homes

We have ambitious visions for our Tiny Homes. Drawing on 48 years of building experience through the Summit Homes Group, we have consolidated our decades of knowledge and expertise to introduce our latest collection of Tiny Homes. These homes embody the same award-winning qualities of our larger designs, now tailored into compact, efficient spaces.

Tiny Homes operates from our Canning Vale site, ensuring quality and accessibility throughout the building process. The factory has been fitted out with racks for storage of building materials, allowing us to buy in bulk which assists with our build timeframe by holding stock at the factory ready to be used. The Store allows us to send any unused materials back into stock, to reduce wastage. The site is flat and we have a layout to maximise the homes we can have under construction in addition to allowing easy access for trucks to reverse in and load the homes before transport.

What is a Summit Tiny Home?

A Tiny Home is essentially a dwelling that is reduced in size, so it has a smaller footprint. Tiny Homes are built using a modular construction method, meaning they are prefabricated homes built off-site in our Canning Vale facility, then delivered to site for installation. This enables us to fast track the build time to just 16 weeks* from slab down. Delivery and installation take place after this and are not included in the 16 weeks.

Quality Materials
Reduced Carbon Footprint
Efficient Builds
Award-Winning Construction

Our Tiny Homes are built with quality and innovative materials, including steel frames made from TRUECORE® steel. In addition, they are standalone (not on wheels) and comply with current building standards.

A considerable advantage is the minimal environmental impact and carbon footprint these homes have, as well as the reduction of on-site waste.

Designed for efficiency and speed, our tiny homes are built in 16 weeks – delivering a smarter, faster way to build without compromising on quality.

Summit Tiny Homes has been awarded the 2025 Master Builders WA Building Excellence Award – Display Home Under $400,000. Expertly designed and built, Summit Homes has earned hundreds of industry awards over the past four decades for excellence and innovation.
