Meet three of our New Home Sales Consultants
In this video, Liz Holloway (New Gen Homes), Jess Aureliano (Easystart Homes), and Nat Scott (Summit Homes) share why they love helping their clients navigate the journey into homeownership, and what makes their roles so rewarding. They also talk about the importance of finding the right consultant — someone you trust and feel comfortable with — and how that relationship can make all the difference when taking the leap into building your first home.
Whether you’re a first home buyer unsure of where to start, or simply looking for a supportive team to guide you through the building process, Liz, Jess, and Nat are here to help make it easier.
Homeownership could be closer than you think
Think homeownership is out of reach? Whether you’re starting from scratch, recovering from past financial setbacks, or simply don’t know where to begin — building your first home is more achievable than you might think.
Many people believe owning a home isn’t possible for them, whether that’s due to their financial situation, previous investments, or life circumstances that mean they’re starting fresh. If you’re a first home buyer, the process can feel overwhelming — especially when your circumstances aren’t straightforward. But no matter where you’re starting from, there are options available to help make homeownership a reality.

No Barriers for Women in Property
For a lot of women, the biggest barrier to buying a home isn’t finances or circumstances — it’s self-doubt. But homeownership doesn’t require a partner, a spouse, or a specific life stage. It’s an option no matter your situation.
Some of our own New Homes Consultants have been through it themselves — starting over, rebuilding, and buying a home on their own while dealing with the same doubts a lot of women feel. Their experience shows that getting into your first home isn’t about meeting some checklist. It’s about deciding to take the step.
Building Equity & Investing In Your Future
Being a first home buyer is about being realistic. Your first home usually isn’t your dream home — it’s your next 5-10 year plan. The goal is to get into the market, and once you’re in, you can build on it from there.
The first step is simple: get in touch with one of our New Homes Consultants. They’ll connect you with Westgate Home Loans, who’ll take a full look at your financial position and help you understand where you stand. From there, it’s a clear path — finance first, then land, then house.

Rebuilding After Divorce: A Real Client Story
Hear Nat Scott, Summit Homes Sales Consultant, share the story of a client — a mum who was recently divorced and starting over. Nat helped her turn a block she was left with after the divorce into a new multi-generational home. The design includes a built-in apartment at the front of the property, with the plan to rent it out and help pay down the mortgage — turning a fresh start into a smart long-term move.
No matter your age or circumstances — whether you’re starting again, starting fresh, or just starting out — there are options available to help you get into your next home. The first step is simply reaching out and having the conversation.
