If you are eligible for Keystart you can get started with as a little as 2% deposit with options to refinance later if you want to.
Am I eligible for Keystart?
Here’s the list of criteria you need to meet as a minimum:
- be 18 years or older
- be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- be living and building in Western Australia
- have an income within the maximum limits (find out on application)not own another home or land at the time of settlement of your Keystart loan
- plan to live in your home for the duration of your loan with Keystart
- have enough funds available to cover all costs associated with the purchase, including your deposit, fees and any moving costs.
- Eligible for house & land packages up to $730K* (with no LMI) and income limits have increased to $148,000 for singles, and $218,000 for couples and families
