Please tell us about why you chose your home design. 

I built the Marri Design. when I first saw it and then walked through it I knew it was right for me.

I made a couple of changes such as adding in sliding doors where there weren’t any doors previously.

I also added to the design home a “granny flat” studio.

Tell us a bit about your new home.

I have been living here for two months now. This is the second time I have built a home.

The experience was great. The Summit team were amazing and really helpful.

I had looked at purchasing an established home, but when I saw the “Marri” design I knew it as the right house for me and my family.

What was the most important thing that you wanted to achieve with your new home?

I really wanted large bedrooms for my children, and a home that was big enough for us, but also not too big for me when I am on my own and they leave home.

I also had the opportunity to build the granny flat for my parents so they could stay with us if and when needed.

Overall, how was your experience with Summit Homes?

The overall experience was great. The quality of the build is amazing.

If I needed to speak to someone they were always available or called me back quickly and addressed all my questions and queries.

How did you hear about Summit?

The design was the ultimate decision-making factor.

I had looked at a lot of other builders and designs and the Marri was perfectly designed and I fell in love with it immediately.
