Chance to win $1,000 for your review

Provide a written review and star rating on Google Review and/or Product Review on your building experience with Summit Homes Group (Summit Homes, New Generation Homes, Easystart Homes and Summit South West) to go into the draw to win $1,000.

1. 1. Eligibility:
      • Individuals who are currently building with Summit Homes Group and leave a review are eligible to participate in the draw.
      • Participants must email their review to summitmarketing@summithomes.com.au to be entered into the draw.
      • Entrants must be over the age of 18 years old.
      • Entry must include a written review as well as a star rating on Google Review or Product Review.
   2. Draw Entry:
      • To be eligible for the $1,000 prize draw, participants must email their review to summitmarketing@summithomes.com.au as instructed.
      • Failure to email the review will result in disqualification from the draw.
   3. Draw:
      • Promotion to commence on the 1st September 2024 and end on the 1st of December 2024.
      • The $1,000 prize will be drawn on 2nd of December 2024.
   4. Winner Selection:
      • The prize winner will be selected randomly using a generator.
      • The marketing team will contact the winner via the provided contact information.
      • If the winner is non-contactable for one week post prize draw, the prize will be re-drawn on the 11th of December 2024.
   5. Entry Limit:
      • Only one entry is valid per job number.
   6. Prize Details:
      • The $1,000 prize is awarded to the selected winner via bank transfer.
   7. Verification:
      • The marketing team will verify the authenticity of the review and the associated entry.
   8. Public Announcement:
      • The winner will be publicly announced on this page for a short period of time, unless they express a preference for privacy.
   9. Responsibility:
      • The responsibility of prize delivery lies with the marketing team.
   10. Disqualification:
       • Any attempt to manipulate or violate the terms will result in disqualification.
   11. Modification of Terms:
       • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Summit Homes Group Research Competition

1. Eligibility

1.1. The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

1.2. Employees of Summit Homes Group, their immediate families, or anyone directly associated with the competition are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

2.1. To enter, participants must complete and submit the research questionnaire via email provided by Summit Homes Group in its entirety.

2.2. All entries must be submitted by Monday 14 October, 2024. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

3. Prize

3.1. The prize is a Linneys classic, the ‘Floating Pearl Necklace’ showcases a 10mm Australian South Sea Pearl, delicately floating along a 42cm trace chain. Crafted in 18ct Yellow Gold. Designed and crafted at Linneys Subiaco studio. RRP: $1,830 AUD.

3.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. Collection of the prize will be arranged via phone and email at a time which suits the prize winner.

4. Draw and Notification

4.1. The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries.

4.2. The draw will take place on Wednesday 16 October, 2024 at Summit Homes Group Head office 242 Leach Highway, Myaree 6154.  The winner will be notified by Phone and email within 2 days of the draw.

4.3. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 5 days, Summit Homes Group reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Privacy

5.1. By entering the competition, participants consent to Summit Homes Group collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and for marketing purposes.

5.2. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communications.

6. General Conditions

6.1. Summit Homes Group reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or that are deemed fraudulent.

6.2. Summit Homes Group’s decision regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.3. Summit Homes Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

6.4. Summit Homes Group is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may affect the entry process.

6.5. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of West Australia, Australia.
