Ewan is a highly skilled senior development consultant who knows how to spot a winning investment. Originally from South Africa, Ewan resettled into Perth life and now has more than 17 years’ experience with Summit Homes.

Beginning with New Homes, Ewan’s dedication to his clients saw him achieve top consultant honours multiple times. Along with previous experience selling investment properties, plus hands on experience developing his own property, Ewan made the logical move into professional property development where his wealth of knowledge is a major benefit to each of his clients. Ewan understands that every client’s needs are unique, and enjoys finding solutions that fit their requirements. His exceptional focus on customer service and understanding that listening is key, is supported by his large number of repeat clients.

Quentin Lau

Senior Development Architect

As a qualified Architect, Quentin started his professional career at Woods Bagot Architects in Hong Kong.

For 25 years, he has worked at Summit Homes Group, specialising in land sub-division and in-fill redevelopments, including low rise residential apartments. Quentin has extensive knowledge of the Residential Design Codes and has been advising clients in the areas of Land Acquisition, Feasibility Analysis, Project Finance, Design & Land Sub-division. He is highly respected in the Western Australia’s property development industry and has a large network of local, interstate and international clients. Quentin speaks fluent Cantonese, giving him exposure to a vast network of Asian clients. He adopts a transparent and honest approach towards clients and where monetary returns are the core focus; he is able to ascertain the optimum development yield at the onset of the feasibility assessment and will explore measures to mitigate risks associated with each project.
