What exactly is a house and land package?
A house and land package is when you purchase a block of land through a specific builder. When you purchase the block you also select a home design through that builder, which is calculated into a total pricing package.
How much will a house and land package cost?
The price of a house and land package will vary, dependent on the area you are buying in, the land size, the builder and the home design. A house and land package doesn’t cost more than buying land separately before building, but it does give you an overall price package.
What is the building process look like with a house and land package?
