- The 4 bedroom home gives you the option to work from home in the 4th bedroom/study
- Games/theatre for the movie buffs / gaming enthusiasts. Then in the future can be used for the kids to play right in front of the kitchen
- The rear living makes watching the kids in the backyard easy
