David Bolt, New Homes Consultant

David’s passion for helping young people begun in his early career with a background in education and heavy involvement in charity work. Having recently helped his own daughter become a homeowner, David understands the level of care and attention necessary for a smooth and pleasant experience.

David loves to see young people headed in the right direction, getting themselves set up for their future in the security of owning their own home.

“David Bolt has been very professional, he has provided excellent service, suggestions and practical solutions when required.” Becky, Peel, WA

David’s favourite first home floorplan

David loves the Baltic and believes it’s a great floorplan as it is future-proof. Some of his reasons include;

  • The 4 bedroom home gives you the option to work from home in the 4th bedroom/study
  • Games/theatre for the movie buffs / gaming enthusiasts. Then in the future can be used for the kids to play right in front of the kitchen
  • The rear living makes watching the kids in the backyard easy
