New Homes

Keryn and Eric Anderson embarked on the journey of building a new home in Meadow Springs, with a vision of creating a functional, future-proof space that would serve their personal needs while appealing to future buyers. The Andersons lived overseas in New Hampshire while their home was being built, so it was important for them to find a builder they could trust, and that could deliver a bespoke design to suit their needs.

As first time home-owners and first time builders the most important thing for us was building with someone we could trust and who we knew would support us along the way. Chris gave us this reassurance and he was true to his word – he helped us at every step of the journey and we are so grateful for his guidance.

Elaine and Peter invited us into their recently built farmhouse style home, based around their U-shaped alfresco. This stunning home boasts four bedrooms to cater for their eight grandkids, a large open kitchen and two living rooms, an entertainers delight.

Shelly & Richard recently took us through their new Summit home to share their experiences as seasoned builders. “Probably what really swayed us to go with Summit was a combination of things – they have been around for 40 years and had a good reputation; our first encounter with Michael Klaver went really well and we were impressed by his experience”
