Design & Development Process

The four homes for the Spearwood project were built in just 16 weeks at Summit’s Canning Vale facility, highlighting the efficiency of our modular construction methods. After being assembled, the homes were transported to the site, where additional work—including landscaping, fencing, and the installation of carports—were seamlessly integrated to complete the development. This process allowed the homes to be delivered and ready for occupancy in a fraction of the time typically required for traditional construction.
